About the campaign
EndQINY is a grassroots campaign working End Qualified Immunity in New York State through the passage of New York Senate Bill S1991 and Assembly Bill A4331 to ensure that victims have access to justice and that New York is safer for all.
We have successfully advocated for 23 NYS Senators (1/3 of the Senate) and 47 NYS Assembly Members to sign on as sponsors to the Bill to End Qualified Immunity – with support throughout New York State.
